By using misfitmindset.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the site, and 18+ to make a purchase without a guardian.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance. We may cancel for suspected fraud, stock error, or pricing error. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout.
4. Shipping & Returns
Every product is made to order. Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. Due to the custom nature of our products, we accept returns only for defects or shipping errors. Report within 14 days of delivery.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of posts, comments, and media you share in the community. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display and moderate your content on the site. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our Community Guidelines.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment, gatekeeping, or targeting other users.
- Content that glorifies suicide or self-harm (discussing with care is welcome — glorifying is not).
- Posting CSAM, terrorist content, or non-consensual imagery.
- Scraping, reverse-engineering, or reselling the site.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, and copy are © Misfit Mindset LLC or licensed from our contributing artists. Don't copy our shit.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
The site is provided "as is." We make no warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Mental health content is informational — it is not medical advice and does not replace professional care.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts of California, USA, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
