Data Deletion Request

You have the right to delete your Misfit Mindset account and associated personal data. This page explains what happens and how to request it.

What gets deleted

• Your account, profile, saved addresses, wishlist, and preferences.
• Marketing consent records (last confirmation retained for audit).
• Community posts will be anonymized (content remains, attribution removed). To also delete posts, request this in your email.

What we must retain

• Order records for 7 years (US/IRS and UK/HMRC tax law).
• Payment records held by Stripe per their retention policies.
• Records required by legal hold or active investigation.

Facebook / Instagram / TikTok / other social integrations

If you connected your account via a social platform, revoke our app's access in that platform's settings. We will delete the associated data within 30 days and confirm by email. Callback URL for platform-initiated deletion: https://misfitmindset.com/api/data-deletion-callback
